29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) at the peanut cleaning Line, located at 7711 North US Hwy 441 Ocala, FL; On or about October 9, 2025; employees were exposed to caught-in hazards created by the rotating motion of the unguarded chain and sprocket, in that, safeguarding method had been removed.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative: (a) at the peanut cleaning Line, located at 7711 North US Hwy 441 Ocala, FL; On or about October 9, 2025; the employer exposed employees caught-in, struck-by, and electrical hazards; in that, the employer had not established a program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and inspections to ensure the startup or release of stored energy could not occur while servicing or maintenance on machinery such as: conveyor system and shaker machine among other machinery with potential to store energy, exposing employees to struck-by and electrical hazards.
