29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4): Procedures were not developed, documented, and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about November 12, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that energy control procedures were developed, documented, and utilized on the Stockholm Line at barrel #13 prior to allowing a maintenance employee to check the electrical charging wire/cable to see why the barrel was not rotating. Employees are exposed to the ingoing nip points of the fixed and rotating gears on the barrel.
