29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about November 20, 2025, at a multi unit residential job site, located at 395 S. Main Street, Munroe Falls, OH 44262, the employer failed to ensure sub-contracted employees, who were working on a multi-unit residential roof of approximately 25-30 feet at varying levels, were protected from a fall from height hazard in that employees were not wearing a personal fall protection harness nor were there any other fall protections in place.
