29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   (a) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that the Winder #1 ULTI- M.E.T. (model no. 400, serial no. 97387) was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (b) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #2 was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (c) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #3 was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (d) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #4 was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (e) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #5 was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (f) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #6 was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (g) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #7 was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (h) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #8 was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (i) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #9 was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (j) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #12 Armature Coil Equipment, Inc. Coil Winder (model no. 3UPAS-II, serial no. W127822-1) was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.  (k) On or about November 20, 2026, the employer did not ensure that Winder #13 Armature Coil Equipment, Inc. Coil Winder (model no. 3UPAS-II, serial no. W127822-2)was provided with adequate guarding to protect employees from injury from the rotating metal frames and wire as the wire was applied creating a nip point where employees hands or clothing could get caught creating an entanglement hazard.
