29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about September 24, 2025, employee was not protected by hard hat when working around a residential roofing operation as debris was thrown to the ground, employee was struck on the head while on ground level. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
