29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): A program was not provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) Job site, 30 West Willock Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about November 18, 2025 during construction work, the employer did not ensure a system of hazard identification and corrective actions was implemented at the job site. Deficiencies noted included, but were not limited to, failing to use fall protection where fall hazards of at least approximately 30 feet existed and not keeping electrical cords free from areas where damage could be imposed upon them.
