29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) New residential construction located on Lots #327-332 Windhaven Road, Cumming, GA 30041, Third level window: On or about 11/24/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 24 feet, 11 inches to the lower ground level, in that the ladder used to access the third level of the structure was not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing or secured.
