29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Location Kitchen area On or about 11/24/2025, employees utilizing corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to, Lime-A-Way, Sanitizing Wash N Walk, Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer, Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner, Grease Strip Plus, and Trupower Dish Machine Detergent All Purpose, and were not provided suitable eye wash stations within the work area for emergency use.
