29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Classroom doors at The Graham Academy- On or about November 26, 2025, employees were exposed to fire hazards from an emergency exit door that was locked and required special knowledge to open before being able to continue along the exit route. b) Exterior exit doors and stairwell doors at The Graham Academy- On or about November 26, 2025, employees were exposed to fire hazards from an emergency exit door that was locked and required special knowledge to open before being able to continue along the exit route. Abatement certification required.
