29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width (see Appendix A to subpart M of this part), the use of a safety monitoring system: a) Roof, Hoberman Park Little League Field house: On or about November 25, 2026, employees installing metal roofing were exposed to fall hazards in excess of eighteen (18) feet due to a lack of any fall protection system or safety monitor. Abatement certification required.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) Hoberman Park Little League Field house: On or about November 25, 2026, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of eighteen (18) feet while using a ladder to access the roof due to the ladder not being extended at least 3 feet above the working surface. Abatement certification required.
