29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(i):Inside flammable or combustible liquid storage room(s) were not constructed to meet the required fire-resistive rating as specified in NFPA 251-1969: Location: Warehouse B, Room 141 a) On or about 11/25/25, the employer did not ensure that a flammable or combustible liquid storage room was constructed to meet NFPA 251-1969, in that the floor was not provided with a liquid-tight sill or ramp. Both category 2 and category 3 flammable materials were stored within the room.

29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(iii): Electrical wiring and equipment located in inside storage rooms used for Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), was not approved under subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations; for Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint at or above 100 °F (37.8 °C) and Category 4 flammable liquids, was not approved for general use. Location: Warehouse B, Room 141 a) On or about 11/25/25, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment installed in a flammable or combustible liquid storage room was approved for inside storage rooms with Category 2 and 3 flammable liquids. Both category 2 flammable liquids and category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C) were found stored in a storage room that had general use wiring.
