29 CFR 1910.141(g)(4): Food or beverages were stored in toilet rooms or in an area exposed to a toxic material:  a) On and before 11/26/2025, at kitchen, for employees storing lunches and beverages in the kitchen refrigerator where ice packs used to cool hot plates with organic residue were stored in the same kitchen fridge.  The employer did not provide a separate refrigerator for Chemicals Only, No Food.
