29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15):Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 11/20/2025, at the southeast corner of roof parapet wall area of the site, Williamsville, NY. Employee, while directing the crane operator during hoisting of roof top HVAC units, stood on the parapet wall and was not protected by fall protections. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
