29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): Spray booths were not so installed that all portions were readily accessible for cleaning. A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides were not kept free from storage or combustible construction. On or about December 1, 2025, the employer did not ensure spray booths had a clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides that was kept free from storage when storing items to include, but not limited to, shelving, paint supplies, and an eye wash station.
