29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i) - LP gas container(s) in storage were not located so as to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons: Location - Material Storage Yard On or about 12/01/2025, a propane cylinder was stored in an unsecured trash barrel, without protective methods in place to mitigate physical damage or tampering. Yankee Custom Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1776094, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/13/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1271 Main Street, Tewksbury, MA 01876.
