29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Jobsite, 347 West Penn Avenue Robesonia, PA - On or about December 1, 2025, employees engaged in framing carpentry work on the second story of an apartment complex were not protected by the use of fall protection, exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet above the lower level. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
