On a new residential construction, at a temporary jobsite located at Bismarck Palm Road (Lot 250), in Saint Augustine, FL 32092: On or about December 2, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing truss installation work.
