OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees were exposed to struck-by/caught in between hazards from an inadequate automotive lift inspection program: Throughout service shop: On or about December 2, 2025, and at times prior, the automotive lifts located throughout the service shop had not been subject to an inspection by a qualified person in the current year.

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): (a) Throughout the service center; On or about December 2, 2025, and at times prior, employees lift heavy objects, pour oil and degreasers, and are subject to impact noises from tools and the employer did not assess these hazards to determine appropriate PPE to provide employees.
