Hillsborough, NJ 08844. Maintenance building workshop: The employer did not ensure that stored cylinders containing compressed gases were secured to prevent accidental damage. Compressed gas cylinders containing gases such as nitrogen were stored next to the work bench and were not secured. Condition occurred on or about June 11, 2025.
