29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  a) 201 Hamilton Rd. Hillsborough, NJ 08844. Maintenance building workshop: The employer did not ensure that stored cylinders containing compressed gases were secured to prevent accidental damage. Compressed gas cylinders containing gases such as nitrogen were stored next to the work bench and were not secured.  Condition occurred on or about June 11, 2025.

Hillsborough, NJ 08844- Lawn maintenance shop - The employer failed to ensure that boxes were closed by suitable covers securely fastened in place. An electrical panel box was found without its door and opened inside the maintenance building workshop next to the air conditioning unit. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
