29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs,  debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures:  a. In the interior and exterior of a jobsite located at 12287 Tribute Circle, Jacksonville, FL: On or about December 3, 2025, the employer exposed employees to tripping hazards, as plywood, debris and boards with protruding nails were not kept clear from the walking working areas and passageways.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a. In the interior of a structure located at 12287 Tribute Circle, Jacksonville, FL: The employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that the interior stairway system did not have handrails installed to prevent employees from falling to a lower level.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying objects while using a nail gun:   a. On top of a structure located at 12287 Tribute Circle, Jacksonville, FL: On or about December 3, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were not wearing safety glasses while using pneumatic nail guns while conducting framing operations.   The One More House Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1816208, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 21, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 5523 Lumber Mills Lot 429  Jacksonville, FL.

On top of a structure located at 12287 Tribute Circle, Jacksonville, FL: On or about December 5, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees performing framing operations.    The One More House Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1822585, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 11927 Miracle Wood, Lot 301 Jacksonville, FL.
