29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #4 at 1984 Highgrove Court, Atlanta, GA 30345, First Story Ceiling Joist: On or about 12/03/2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 130 PSI while engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New residential construction located on Lot #4 at 1984 Highgrove Court, Atlanta, GA, 30345, Rafters: On or about December 3, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of over 25 feet to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.  b) New residential construction located on Lot #4 at 1984 Highgrove Court, Atlanta, GA, 30345, First Story Ceiling Joist: On or about December 3, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 15 feet, 7 inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New residential construction located on Lot #4 at 1984 Highgrove Court, Atlanta, GA, 30345, Front Lot: On or about 12/03/2025, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools, in that a yellow and black 50-foot electrical cord was damaged and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
