On or about November 20, 2025, the employer did not promptly provide retraining where employees were identified to not have the requisite understanding or skill to follow the PPE policy when operating rotating equipment. Employees polishing parts within the CNC machines were doing so with the use of gloves, exposing employees to caught-in or between hazards while operating rotating equipment.
