29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) 187 West Airport Road Lititz, PA 17543 - Employees were exposed to unguarded rotating parts due to machine operators utilizing their hands to manually load uncut material on to the arbor and tensioner of the Rib Back Slitter, model number 2010, serial number RBS03020900AST0102, manufacturer Fenner Drives, on or about December 3, 2025.  Abatement certification required within 15 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
