29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) On or about 11/24/2025, Yarder Area (Exterior): Employees were required to cut 2ft X 4ft concrete blocks with a Stihl TS 410 14-inch Cut-Off Saw (Demo) without being provided adequate PPE. An employee suffered a lacerated left hamstring requiring hospitalization.
