Highway area and hallway: On or about December 3, 2025, and at times prior to, employees sorted mails in the area without having the nearest exit sign lighted adequately. This condition potentially exposed employees to slip, trip, fall and fire hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about December 3, 2025, and at times prior to, portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, subjecting the employees to injuries in the following locations: a) Front water faucet/ Manager Office Area b) General Office Walkway c) Back wall entrance/93535 case/Hotcase area The employees were potentially exposed to struck-by, fire and/or smoke, and inhalation hazards.
