29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii):Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings shall be effectively closed. a.) Mechanic Shop Bay 2, 425 East Maiden Street, Washington, PA 15301: Observed on or about December 4, 2025, unused openings inside the electrical cabinet panel box (120/240 Volts AC 1 phase/3 wire, 200 amps) were not effectively closed. Multiple openings were observed inside the electrical panel box on both sides exposing employees to potential electrical shock and/or burn hazards.
