29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about August 14, 2025, Crestone Roofing, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of JCG Roofing, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated. JCG employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while conducting roofing operations. Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
