29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice. a) Packaging Corporation of America located at worksite 2010 Ford Drive, Ashland, Ohio: The employer did not ensure a stable walkway across the C & M conveyor line(s) located in the Fulfillment Center was provided and utilized by employees in the area. Employees walking/working across the conveyors' idler rollers were exposed to trip and fall hazards of approximately 11.5" to the concrete floor below.
