In the attic space at a residential home, located at 307 SE 22nd Ter, Cape Coral, FL: On or about December 4, 2025, employees installing ductwork in an attic, were exposed to 12-feet fall hazard, in that, the attic was decked with sheetrock material.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a). In the attic space of a residential home, located at 307 SE 22nd Ter, Cape Coral, FL: On or about December 4, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12ft in that employees did not have training to recognize the hazards of falling.
