29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: Kitchen. On or about December 8, 2025 the disconnect switch for a Vulcan Steam Cooker was not readily accessible for safe operation. The disconnect was obstructed by the steam cooker and materials/ equipment stored on top of the cooker.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(vii)(A)(2): The space equal to the width and depth of the equipment was not kept clear of foreign systems, and protection was not provided to avoid damage from condensation, leaks, or breaks in such foreign systems. Kitchen. On or about December 8, 2025 an open-ended steam vent pipe was routed within six inches of a disconnect switch. The switch was not provided with any protection to avoid damage from condensation, leaks, or breaks in the pipe.
