29 CFR 1926.451(b)(7): On scaffolds where platforms are overlapped to create a long platform, the overlap was not at least 12 inches (30 cm) and the platforms were not nailed together or otherwise restrained to prevent movement. (a) Worksite - Garage: On or about 12/9/2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from a scaffold system that was built utilizing unsecured plywood sheets placed over two Werner manufactured planks, which created an unstable platform surface.
