29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Kitchen: On or about December 8, 2025, and at times prior to, the emergency exit located in the kitchen was obstructed by a shelf containing seasonings used in the kitchen. The immediate area outside of the exit door did not allow for complete egress, due to a locked gate that prevented complete egress from the building in the event of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire and respiratory hazards.
