Coral Sea Cove Gazebo: On and or before December 9, 2025, and at times prior to employees donned Honeywell 550030L half face respirators while conducting sanding and painting tasks on the gazebo panels. There was no hazard assessment conducted to determine the presence of respiratory hazards and/or if half face respirators for voluntary use was deemed adequate for employees protection. These conditions potentially exposed employees to chemical and respiratory hazards.
