OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were not protected from the hazard of being struck by unsecured and falling Quartz countertop slabs.  Location: Fabricator site at 500 Lynnway, Revere, MA  On or about 10/13/2025, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards when standing next to an unsecured Quartz countertop slab weighing approximately 1,100 lbs.
