29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit.": A) Loading dock at 4405 S Clinton Ave SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ 07080 - An exit sign was not place on or above the door next to the loading dock that needs to be used as an egress in case of emergencies. This condition exposed employees to hazards of disorientation and delayed egress in case of emergencies. Hazards observed on or about December 11, 2025.
