Golden Hammer LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.602(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1644090, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on 04-05-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 27430 E Oak View Drive, Lake Lotawana, Missouri.
