29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 1213 & 1214 Auburn Terrace, Manalapan NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 23 feet 8 inches, when walking on and across a residential structure's pitched roof working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing a full body harness that was not connected to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 12/11/25.
