29 CFR 1910.179(h)(4): Hooks did not meet the manufacturer's recommendations: a. Overhead Crane: On or about December 9, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while using the utility chain on the 5-ton overhead crane to move materials throughout the shop. The chain was equipped with a safety latch that was out of alignment and bent to the side.
