29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): (1) Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition; a) At the mechanic shop located at 2239 Clay Street Kissimmee, FL 34741: On or about December 12th 2025; the employer exposed employees to slip, trip and fall hazards due to damaged stair treads, in that the employer did not ensure walking working surfaces were inspected and maintained in a safe condition.

29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as described in 29 CFR 1910.28 Table D-2-Stairway Handrail Requirements: a) At the mechanic shop located at 2239 Clay Street Kissimmee, FL 34741: On or about December 12th 2025; the employer exposed employees to slip, trip and fall hazards, in that the wooden stairs with five risers used by the employees to access the supply storage mezzanine lacked the required stair rail system.
