29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   (a) On or about December 12, 2025,  employees working around the the infeed and outfeed sides of the print head rollers, as part of set-up/webbing paper on the Heidelberg-Harris Contiweb printing press ( Model M-3000), were not protected from the ingoing nip points created by the  print head rollers. This exposed the press operators to caught-in, crushing and amputation hazards.
