29 CFR  1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program:  a) Dolco Packaging LLC DBA TekniPlex, 26 Maple Ave, Bloomfield, NY 14469, on of about 12/09/2025; An Production Operator II employee was exposed to a continuous noise level at a 68.2% dose of the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL). The equivalent dBA is approximately 87.2 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level for a sampling period of 443 minutes. A zero increment was used for the 37 minutes not sampled. Employee was wearing 3M E-A-Rsoft Yellow Neon Blasts (NRR 32) hearing protection. The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.  b) Dolco Packaging LLC DBA TekniPlex, 26 Maple Ave, Bloomfield, NY 14469, on of about 12/09/2025; An Production Operator I employee was exposed to a continuous noise level at a 91.4% dose of the OSHA permissible exposure limit (PEL). The equivalent dBA is approximately 89.3 dBA calculated as the 8-hour time weighted sound pressure level for a sampling period of 439 minutes. A zero increment was used for the 41 minutes not sampled. Employee was wearing Honeywell VeriShield VS120 (NRR 26) hearing protection. The employer did not develop a monitoring program to determine employee noise exposure.
