29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Jance's Body Shop, Spray Booth: On or about December 9th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from paint aerosols while wearing tight fitting 3M half-mask, elastomeric respirators with an organic vapors cartridge to perform painting. The employer failed to ensure that employees were medically evaluated prior to respirator use. b) Jance's Body Shop, Spray Booth: On or about December 9th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from paint aerosols while wearing tight fitting 3M half-mask, elastomeric respirators with an organic vapors cartridge to perform painting. The employer failed to ensure employees were fit tested prior to respirator use. a) Jance's Body Shop, Spray Booth: On or about December 9th, 2025, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from paint aerosols while wearing tight fitting 3M half-mask, elastomeric respirators with an organic vapors cartridge to perform painting. The employer failed to ensure that employees were trained on respirator use and limitations prior to use.
