29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses eye protection that provides side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects. Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable. a. On or about December 15, 2025, Lot 015: employees were exposed to eye injury hazards while using pneumatic nail guns to install framing and decking on a 4/12 pitched roof, in that eye protection was not used.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a. On or about December 15, 2025, Lot 015: employees were exposed to 9-foot fall hazards while installing decking on a 4/12 pitched roof, in that, a fall protection system was not used. IMAG Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1776045, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 18, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 10520 Pearson Avenue, Orlando FL, 32827 LOT 16.
