29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a-61 Evergreen Street, Waldwick NJ 07463 An employee was observed engaged in masonry activities from an unprotected roof edge exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. It should also be noted that the roof appeared to have a coating of snow adding to the possibility of slips and falls. Condition observed on or about 12/04/2025
