29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. a. On or about December 16, 2025, at the drill hall area. The exit route was obstructed as the designated double exit door had one of the doors covered with a panel used to connect three ducts to an industrial size portable air conditioning unit. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
