On and before December 15, 2025, the employer did not provide and require employees to use cryogenic protective clothing that would protect the body and extremities when delivering liquefied natural gas, thereby exposing employees to harmful temperature extreme hazards.  This resulted in an employee receiving frostbite burns to his legs after being sprayed by liquid natural gas.
