29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met: a) Apliiq Inc. located at or near 4560 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144 - On or about December 16, 2025, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals while performing production activities using inks and thermoplastic adhesives in the Direct-to-Film (DTF) area of the establishment. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to the following: -polyurethane, as contained in Fixatti TPU 6511 hotmelt adhesive powder. -ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, as contained in NuSign FTG/DTF pigment ink. -etc.
