DBA Crown Acura, located at 18911 US Highway 19 North Clearwater, FL: On or about December 16, 2025 the employer exposed employees to serious eye injuries in that the employer did not ensure that each employee used appropriate eye or face protection when using caustic liquid chemicals such as the following Ardex Products: 5223 Get Red-E Wheel Cleaner, 5222 Purple Rush, 8250 X-Edra, 6225 Acid Wire Wheel Cleaner, 6230 ATTACK, and 6312 X-Ferrous Iron Remover to clean and sanitize vehicles.
