At the worksite, located at 718 NE 2nd Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909, On or about 12/15/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9ft, 11ft and 20ft in that proper determination in the strength and structural integrity was not provided before employees began conducting truss installation operations on a newly built residential building that was not secured, resulting in an incident.
