29 CFR  1910.138(b): The employer did not base the selection of the appropriate hand protection on an evaluation of the performance characteristics of the hand protection relative to the task(s) to be performed, conditions present, duration of use:   On or about November 26, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that when employees are using the hand held electric drill (Milwaukee 1/2" 13mm drill S/N 15DD244300356),  an appropriate assessment of what personal protective equipment should and/or should not be worn when operating the drill, including but not limited to wearing loose clothing and the use of gloves.  Employees are exposed to caught in hazards when operating the drill using the hole saw attachment.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.   On or about November 26, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that a secondary container on a bottle of unknown substance that was being used in the workplace was labeled to identify the contents and potential hazards.  Employees are exposed to chemicals, such as but not limited to, various lubricating oils and cleaners.
